Photography Style
“Sensory Realism”
The photographic direction, Sensory Realism, was conceived to capture the invisible: the aroma of saffron and the heat of the flame. We rejected sterile food styling to embrace the "culinary theatre" of the kitchen. Our lens focused on the "Tactile Narrative"—the grain of the spices, the glaze of the meat—utilizing a warm, amber-toned color grading that
evokes the desert dusk. By documenting the chefs
in motion, we highlighted the human métier behind the dish, turning every image into a visceral invitation
to taste, balancing raw authenticity with high-editorial elegance.
